Dr. Ashlyn Johnson joined Amazia Veterinary Service in July 2026 and has been working in veterinary medicine for six years. Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is meeting clients and getting to know their beloved pets and animals.
Dr. Johnson has a special interest in large-animal medicine and particularly enjoys working with sheep, goats, cattle, and horses, although kittens are also high on her list!
At home, she has a domestic medium-haired cat named Boots, who enjoys watching goldfish and sleeping under the covers. Outside of work, Dr. Johnson enjoys reading, going for walks, hiking, and visiting the local animal shelter to spend time petting the dogs and cats.
A fun fact about Dr. Johnson is that she was once a rodeo queen!
